Reservation 

Rendezvous Restaurant accepts Online, Telephone, and Email Reservation.  

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us over the phone, SMS,  or Email.  

The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 130, and we can accommodate large party sizes up to 130 guests.  

Each guest in the party is required to partake in any of our set menu dishes for Friday and Saturday nights. For all other times, they can choose from our Ala Carde menu.  

 

Cancellation Policy 

For each guest a deposit of at least £15 per person will be taken upon reservation.  

At least 7 days notice of cancellation, reduction in numbers or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. 

If less than 7 days notice is given and if we are unable to fill your seats the following cancellation fees apply (including reduction in numbers and change of date) 

• 100% of the deposit within 48 hours 
• 50% of the deposit within 2-7 days 

 

Dietary Requirements  

We are very happy to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements with advance notice. Please ensure you include ALL dietaries on booking. In the event your dietary requirements are quite restrictive, please contact us to discuss, as our large size of restaurant can limit our flexibility in certain circumstances.
